We process incoming orders daily, so your order will be shipped out quickly. Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 days. Please note that engraving does add processing time to your order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible, and will ship to you as soon as we receive the appropriate item(s) from our manufacturers. All shipments include delivery confirmation and insurance.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from Lighters Direct, Please contact us for the necessary actions. Faulty Products or issues with products will be directed to the Manufacturer of the product, You can return your product within 30 days if it fulfills the below conditions. No returns are accepted for engraved items unless a mistake was made on our part. We cannot cover shipping for International returns.
Returns Policy & Procedure
- Item must be in unused, unscratched condition.
- Contact info@lightersdirect.com with "Return 'Your Invoice #' " in the header.
Please also provide details in the body of the e-mail, so we know what to look out for. - Package the product. Please remove all lighter fluid and butane before sending!
