If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from Lighters Direct, Please contact us for the necessary actions. Faulty Products or issues with products will be directed to the Manufacturer of the product, You can return your product within 30 days if it fulfills the below conditions. No returns are accepted for engraved items unless a mistake was made on our part.

Returns Policy & Procedure

• Item must be in unused, unscratched condition.
• Contact info@lightersdirect.com with "Return 'Your Invoice #' in the header".
  Please also provide details in the body of the e-mail, so we know what to look out for.
• Package the product. Please remove all lighter fluid and butane before sending!
